Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and RustDash ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website, the panel or the RustDash plugin, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use RustDash.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

RustDash is an admin panel for Rust game servers. You install our plugin on servers you run, and the panel shows their players, chat, reports and statistics and lets you and your staff moderate them.

RustDash is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios, Valve or the Oxide (uMod) team.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address working — we send sign-in codes there.
• Every account needs a password and a linked Steam account to use the panel.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and project owners for what their staff do in the project.
• Tell us at hello@rustdash.io right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

• Prices are listed on the pricing page. You pay for the number of servers you can connect (up to one project per server), plus the optional AI add-on; everything else is included in any subscription.
• A payment covers 30 days. Nothing renews automatically — you renew on the Billing page when you want to.
• Renewing early adds 30 days to the end of your current period. Adding servers or turning on AI mid-period costs only the difference for the days left; fewer servers or AI off apply from your next period, without a refund.
• The free trial covers 1 server and does not include AI.
• Prices are in Russian rubles. Payments are processed by our payment providers under their own terms; we never see your card details.
• Promo codes apply only within their stated limits and dates.
• The free trial is given once per Steam account. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed.
• We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

If something went wrong with a payment, write to hello@rustdash.io — we'll look into it. Refunds are made where required by law or where the service was unavailable through our fault.

• Connect only servers you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow the rules that apply to your servers — Rust’s terms, your hosting provider’s terms and the law.
• The plugin sends us data about your players (see the Privacy Policy). You decide to collect it, and you are responsible for informing your players and having grounds to do so.
• Bans, mutes, kicks and checks are your decisions. Treat your players fairly; we don’t review or reverse your moderation.
• Staff you invite act on your behalf. Give them only the access they need.

You must not:

• break the law or use RustDash to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• try to access projects, servers or accounts that aren’t yours;
• attack, overload or probe RustDash — including fake servers or scripted traffic;
• tamper with the plugin to send false data or get around plan limits;
• upload illegal content, malware or other people’s private data;
• resell or share access to the panel outside your own staff.

Security researchers who find a vulnerability — please report it to hello@rustdash.io instead of exploiting it.

AI chat moderation and player analysis are tools that help you decide. AI can be wrong: it may flag a harmless message or miss a cheater. Check before you act — RustDash and its AI never ban anyone on their own, and you are responsible for the actions you take.

We work to keep RustDash fast and online, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may need maintenance, and things outside our control — hosting, networks, game updates — can break things for a while.

We keep improving RustDash and may add, change or remove features. Data is kept for the periods set in the Privacy Policy; keep your own copies of anything you must not lose.

RustDash is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — lost players, revenue or data — or for decisions you make with the help of RustDash. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

You can stop using RustDash at any time. To delete your account and its data, write to hello@rustdash.io from the account's email — there is no delete button in the profile yet.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and explain why.

When your plan ends and isn't renewed, we may limit what you can do in the panel until you renew. Your data stays for the periods in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; for important changes we'll also notify you by email or in the panel before they take effect. If you keep using RustDash after that, the new terms apply.
